Comes from a sheep, keeps you warm in winter & cool in summer, is fire resistant, hypoallergenic, durable & flexible. It is a natural fibre, soft to touch and comfortable to wear. Wool is stain resistant, odour resistant and has natural anti–static properties and is easy to look after.
Comes from the cocoon of the moth caterpillars, is very soft and has a nice drape, a gorgeous sheen and luminosity to reflect the light. Silk is strong and does not attract dirt because of the smooth surface.
Comes from the Angora goat, is durable and resilient, mohair is notable for its high luster and sheen and has the nickname “Diamond Fiber”. Mohair keeps you warm in winter and cool in summer. It is durable, naturally elastic & flame resistant. It is considered to be a luxury fiber, like cashmere, angora and silk, and is usually more expensive than most wool that is produced by sheep.
A fiber made from dairy milk. The milk protein is extracted from dehydrated milk and is made of waste milk that is spoiled or contaminated and not fit for consumption. Milk yarn is smooth & delicate for your skin and is to be considered as antibacterial. Fabrics made of milk (casein) yarns are comfortable. The processing of the milk protein into fiber has no effect on the environment so fiber can be considered as a “green product”.
Merino comes from the Merino sheep and is famous for its exceptional properties like its fantastic softness, shine and breathability. Merino wool is softer, finer and more sensitive than many other fabrics. Merino wool breathes and manages moisture better than any other fiber, it keeps you warm & cool, it does not itch and is odor resistance.
Linen is made from the fibers of the flax plant. Linen is laborious to produce, but the fiber is very absorbent and textiles made of linen are valued for their exceptional coolness and freshness in warm weather. Linen is usually an expensive textile produced in relatively small quantities. Linen is a strong fiber but does not stretch, it has a a natural crispness and gorgeous sheen.
